摘 要
随着社会的进步，人们对于医疗服务的要求越来越高，为了便于人们对日常疾病的诊断，现在逐步的建立起大批以社区为单位的医院。本论文是介绍针对以社区为单位的医疗机构所设计的一套应用管理系统。本系统采用Visual FoxPro 6.0设计完成，主要就是为解决社区医院对于大量资料的管理问题和日常应用的一套系统。系统还可以完成对各种资料的浏览、查询、添加、删除、修改等功能。
本文概述了社区医院的特点、建设的意义以及以后的发展趋势，同时还对社区医疗保健管理系统设计的目的和意义做了基本介绍。接着论述了系统开发工具的一些新的特点和功能，以及对数据库管理系统的概述。然后综合分析了系统设计的思想以及数据库的创建。最后又结合实例详细说明了该系统各功能模块的设计与具体实现方法。

Abstract
With the progresses of society, people’s needs for medical services are rising. In order to facilitate people to diagnose the daily disease, it is now gradually establishing a large number of community-based hospitals. This paper focuses on community-based medical institutions designed a set of application management system. The system is completed by Visual FoxPro 6.0 and the main thing is to solve a large number of problems about community hospitals for information management and daily application. Systems can also be completed on all browsing, querying, adding, deleting, and changing all kinds of information and other functions.
This paper outlines the features of community hospitals, the significance of the building and its future development trends. Mean while, it also introduces the purpose and significance of the community health care management system. Then it discusses Community health care management system some new features and functions of system’s development tools, as well as it outlines the database management system. Then it comprehensively analyzes the system design as well as the creation of the database. Finally it concretely explains the design of the system function module and the specific method combining some examples.
