摘 要
企业考勤管理系统是为了解决员工考勤管理而设计的，目的是建立一个能够初步实现企业考勤管理的系统，提高考勤管理效率，改变传统人工的方式进行员工考勤管理。
本系统主要完成对海星造纸厂的考勤管理，文章介绍了系统开发工具的功能和特点。系统使用Visual FoxPro6.0作为开发工具。Visual FoxPro是数据库管理软件，可实现数据与应用程序独立。它简单易学、效率高，且功能强大，可以高效、快速地开发出Windows环境下功能强大、图形界面丰富的应用软件系统。
本文介绍了考勤管理系统的设计思路和过程。首先进行系统概述，包括系统运行环境的选择；其次进行需求分析，包括用户需求分析；再次进行概要设计，包括各模块的划分及功能的简介；最后的详细设计具体介绍了各模块的实现过程。
在考勤管理中主要涉及5个方面的管理任务：部门信息管理、员工基本信息管理、考勤信息管理、考评信息管理以及系统管理。系统集信息的显示、输入、修改、删除、查询等各种处理为一体，信息维护起来非常方便，大大减少了公司的人力和物力。

Abstract
Check on Work Attendance Management System is designed to address staff attendance management and the aim is to achieve a preliminary appraisal of the management system,and to improve management efficiency to change the traditional artificial way.
The system mainly achieve work attendance management system, the paper introduces functions and features of the system development tool. The system uses Visual FoxPro 6.0 as a development tool. Visual FoxPro is a database management software, its data and application is independent. It is easy, efficient and powerful, can develop Windows environment powerful, rich GUI application software efficient and quickly.
This paper introduces the attendance management system and the design process. First systematic overview, including the operating environment of choice; Secondly, demand analysis, including analysis of user needs; again outline design, including the demarcation of the module and function profiles; the final detailed design of the specific modules of the course.
The System involves five main aspects of management tasks,including information management department, the staff basic information management, attendance information management, evaluation, information management and systems management. The system set factions of imply, import, modify, delete, query processing for the integration of various information maintaining, it is very convenient, and significantly reduces the company's financial and human resources.
