摘 要

 伴随着企业规模的不断扩大,原始的、手工的进行管理工作已经不能适应工业企业发展的现状,更无法满足企业对管理工作的快速、准确的要求。而计算机信息管理技术的迅速发展恰恰解决了这个问题,它使计算机技术与现代的管理技术相互配合,来更加准确、高速的完成企业日常的固定资产管理工作。使企业能够以最少的人员来完成更多的工作.
部门资产管理系统主要采用Microsoft VisualFoxpro6.0作为开发工具,应用面向对象的程序设计方法,进行开发与设计的。
根据用户具体要求,开发的“部门资产管理系统”项目完成了数据的查询、添加、统计、修改、删除,以及数据报表的输出和打印等功能,同时对进入系统的人员加以了限制,设置了对系统的操作权限,根据不同的权限,操作人员可以对不同的系统功能模块进行操作,实现了对系统的分级管理。在该系统中,有些重要内容不能出现重复或遗漏的,系统设计了自动生成功能:有些内容对数据的一致性要求较高,系统设计了自动检查功能。
本项目研制开发设计过程是用计划、有步骤的、每进行一步都有明确的要求,并且能够较好的贯彻执行。从题目的选定,项目的调研,到方案的选取,都是本着从实际出发,紧密地实际情况相结合地原则。同时制定地设计方案也具有一定地理论依据,并且在实际设计中和实际应用中也得到了证实,采取地这些方案是可行的,也是完全必要的。
通过对此项目的开发与步骤的介绍,对VFP有了进一步的理解和认识,对于今后开发类似的系统会有所帮助。

Abstract

Is following the enterprise scale unceasing expansion, was primiti- ve manually, carries on the supervisory work already not to be able to adapt the present situation which the industrial enterprise developed, was unable to satisfy the enterprise fast to the supervisory work, the accurate request. But the computer information management technology rapid development has exactly solved this problem, it causes the computer technology and the modern management technology mutually coordinates, accurately to come, high speed to complete the enter prisedaily fixed as- set supervisory work. Enables the enterprise to complete more work by the least personnel.
The fixed asset management system management system mainly uses Microsoft VisualFoxpro6.0 to take the development kit, applies the object -oriented programming method, carries on the development and the design.
According to the user specific request, the development "the depart- ment property management system management system" the project has comp- leted the data inquiry, the increase, the statistics, the revision, the deletion, as well as data function and so on report form output and printing, to the personnel which entered the system has simultaneously performed the limit, has established to the system operation jurisdiction, actor ding to the different jurisdiction, the operator was allowed to carry on the operation to the different system function module, has realized to the system level-to-level administration. In this system, some important con- tents cannot appear the repetition or the omission, system design automatic production function: Some contents logarithm according to the uniform re- quest is higher, system design automatic inspection function.
This project development design process is with the plan, has the step, every time carries on step all has the explicit request, and can better carrying out. From the topic designation, the project investigation and study, to the plan selection, all is in line wit hem barks from the reality; closely the actual situation unifies the principle. Simultaneously formulates the design proposal also to have certainly the theory basis, and also obtained the confirmation in the actual design and the practical application, uses these plans is feasible, also is completely essential.
Through regarding this project development and the step introduction, had the further understanding and the understanding to VFP, will be able to have the help regarding the next development similar system.
