摘 要
人力资源管理是企业管理中的一个重要内容，随着时代的进步，企业也逐渐变得庞大起来。如何管理好企业内部员工的信息，成为企业管理中的一个大问题。在这种情况下，开发一个人力资源管理系统就显得非常必要。
人力资源管理系统就是把企业离散的人员信息加以集中分类的处理，通过它的管理，可以将分类处理后的信息 ， 直观的提供给管理人员，加强对企业用人的优化分配，充分发挥人的作，提高企业整体工作效率，创造价值。
本系统结合公司实际的人事、制度，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具而开发出来的单机版人事管人事理系统。
整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成人力资源管理的全过程，包括新进员工加入时人事档案的建立、老员工的转出、职位等的变动引起职工信息的修改、员工信息查询、统计等人力资源管理工作以及新进员工人事的新增、老员工人事修改、删除……等人力资源管理工作。经过实际使用证明，本文所设计的人力资源管理系统可以满足公司人力资源管理方面的需要。

Abstract
The management of business enterprise employee is an important part in the management of enterprise. With the development of society, business enterprise becomes larger and larger. How to deal with the information of the employee has become a serious problem for enterprise management. Under this condition, it is necessary to develop a management system of business enterprise employee.
Human resources management system is discrete enterprises of classified information to be grouped in the handling, through its management, Categories can be processed information, and visual management staff to strengthen the enterprises employing the optimal allocation, giving full play to human, raising the overall efficiency, the creation of value.
This system combines company's real personnel, system, through real demand analysis, adopt Visual Basic 6.0 unit edition personnel that developing instrument develops pay attention to the system.
The whole system sets out from according with the easy and simple to handle demand with friendly , flexible , practical , safe boundary plane, finish the whole course of personnel management , enter staff foundation of personal file when joining newly, the producing of old staff, the changes of position ,etc. cause the modification of worker's information, staff information inquiry,, person who count personnel management and newly personnel newly-increased to enter staff, old staff personnel revise , delete ¬Wait for the personnel management. Using actually proved that the personnel administrative system that designed in this text can meet company's personnel management respect's needs.
