摘 要
随着计算机应用的普及，利用计算机实现超市的管理势在必行。当超市的经营范围逐渐扩大时，如何对超市商品信息进行管理，成为超市在管理中的一个大问题。所以建立一个可以规范化，自动化的超市商品销售管理系统就显得非常必要。
本系统结合实际的超市管理制度，经过实际的调查研究，采用功能强大的Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具，并以数据库Access开发出来的超市商品销售管理系统。
整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成超市管理的全过程，主要包括新进员工加入时档案的建立、职工信息的修改、员工信息查询、统计,查询商品信息,包括商品的采购、销售和销售量,对供应商信息的录入，修改，删除操作，商品库存查询，商品的销售等功能。

Abstract
With the wide application of the computer, to manage the supermarket by computer is imperative. When the operation scope of the supermarket gradually enlarged, how to carry out the management of the supermarket commodity information becomes a major problem in the supermarket management. Therefore, it seems quite necessary to establish a supermarket commodity sale management system which can be standardized and automated.
This single system, through the practical survey, which is combined with the system of the supermarket’s actual management, is designed by the Visual Basic6.0 and Access for the supermarket commodity sale management.
The overall system starts with the requirement of being in line with easy operation, friendly contact surface, agility, practicality, and safety, and completes the entire process of the supermarket management. It mainly includes the establishment of the file when the new staff joins, the revision of the information of workers, the inquiry and statistics of the information of the staff, the inquiry of the information of commodities that including the purchase, the sales and the sales volume of commodities, and the input, the amendment and the deletion of the info of suppliers. In addition, it also covers functions such as the inquiry of the stock and the sales of commodities and so on and so forth.
This paper introduces the basic situation of the analysis and the design of the supermarket management information system. It emphatically introduces the configuration of the applying supermarket commodity sale management system, the function of the management in each subsystem and the circumstances of the business relation and the data exchange between them. The system is easy to operate and comprehend, so that it makes the operation convenient for the supermarket administrative personnel.
