摘 要
随着计算机技术的日益成熟，将计算机这一信息处理利器应用于客户管理已是势必所然，而且这也将为企业客户管理带来前所未有的改变，进而带来意想不到的效益。
大众装具客户管理系统的核心是客户管理，客户管理的核心是正确处理企业与客户的关系，在社会化分工高度发展的今天，企业如果不能保证正确的反馈客户管理信息，将会导致管理费用的增加，服务质量难以得到保证，从而影响企业的竞争力。如今的企业客户管理十分复杂化、多样化，仅靠人工登记的方法，不但费时费力，而且容易出错，给企业经济效益带来影响。
本设计就是要应用Power builder作为开发工具，SQL作为数据库，开发一个符合当前企业需求的客户管理系统，实现客户管理系统化、规范化和自动化，为企业市场化供求关系提供正确的导向。
本设计大众装具客户管理系统实现了了用户资料的管理，客户投诉管理的功能，解决了传统的人工登记的弊端，从一定程度上提高了工作效率，使企业能够对客户的资料一目了然，并能够及时地对客户的要求做出反应，提高了经济效益，省时，省力，不易出错，效率高。

Abstract

Correctly handle customer management is the core business and customer relationships, in todays highly developed social division, If enterprises can not guarantee the correct customer feedback management information will lead to an increase in management fees. Difficult to guarantee the quality of services, thus affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. Today's corporate customers manage complex, diverse, relying on memory and manual input manual, time-consuming effort. Easy to make mistake to bring huge losses.
Power Builder application of this paper is to prospects as a development tool, SQL database as a background. Customer demand with the current development of an enterprise management system, client management systematized, standardized and automated. Market demand and supply to enterprises with the correct orientation.
My design has realized the user material management, the customer suit management function, has solved the traditional manual registration malpractice, thus enhanced the working efficiency, enables the enterprise to the customer material clear, and promptly makes the response to the customer request, enhanced the economic efficiency, time-saving, reduces effort, is not easy to make mistakes, the efficiency is high.
