摘 要
随着社会的发展，人们对信息化的管理方式有了进一步的了解，随之而来的信息管理系统也得到了飞速的发展。各个企事业单位都引入了信息管理软件来管理自己日益增长的各种信息，会员卡管理也有了很大的发展，但总体来说会员卡管理软件的缺陷也不少。
本系统是一个综合性的会员管理系统，具有较强的实用性和先进性，并提供更为友好的用户界面，更好的查询和统计功能，在基本的会员管理功能实现后能够进行数据挖掘和决策支持，并能支持未来的连锁。由计算机辅助实现上述过程，使得会员卡管理者可以方便、高效率、安全的对会员卡信息进行管理，减少不必要的人力和物力资源，节省开支，并且能够提高工作效率。本系统的创新点在于对系统内的资金流做出了一个明确的设定，将物流与资金流的对应关系明确化，从而达到了通过会员卡管理反映资金流向的目的。
本系统是利用前台开发语言：PowerBuilder 9.0和后台数据库：SQL Server2000来进行公司会员卡管理系统的开发。系统中集成了会员消费管理，会员信息管理，会员卡类型设置，会员卡综合信息查询，以及事件提醒等多种功能。它不仅快捷方便、效率高，而且安全性能好。本管理系统的实现将会使公司的会员卡管理更加合理化和规范化，整体提高公司会员卡的管理水平，使之更加贴近信息电子化处理，从而降低了人工劳动并增加了信息的准确性。

Abstract
With the development of the society, people get to know more and more about the information-based management, with which the information-based management system is developing swiftly. Many companies have introduced the information-based management software to deal with their information. At the same time, member card management has developed much, but on the whole, there still exist many defects in card management software.
The system is a comprehensive member management system, which is very practical and advanced. It can provide a much friendlier user interface and a better function of inquiry and statistics. Besides the member management function, this system can also excavate data, support decisions and sustain the future chains. Owning to the computer’s assistance, the manager can deal with the member card information conveniently, efficiently and safely, which can save resources, cut costs and raise efficiency. The key of this system is giving a definition of the capital flow within the system and clearing the relationship between the current of materials and the capital flow. Through this course, the direction of the capital flow is made clear and decision-making support is provided.
The system is invented on the base of foreground exploitation language: PowerBuilder 9.0 and the background database SQL Server2000.
This system has lots of functions, such as, the management of members’ consuming, the management of member information, the set of member card’s type and the comprehensive inquiry, etc. It is not only convenient and efficient but also very safe. The management system can make the member card management more reasonable and more standard, improve the management level of the company and raise the accuracy of information.
