进入新世纪，互联网络正以空前的速度，渗透到世界的每一个角落。教育的网络化建设已成为我国信息化建设一个重中之重。如何利用互联网络这一强大的信息资源，更好地服务于新世纪的学校教育事业，不仅成为当代教育专家的一道崭新研究课题，而且也成为教育行政部门和广大学校的一项紧迫任务。由于学校使用的教研室商用文档管理系统价格昂贵，对小单位的人员文档管理不适用。本软件通过简化功能和人性化的界面更加的适合了小单位的人员文档管理。文档管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(Management Information Systems简称MIS)，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。
本毕业设计对Microsoft SQL Server2000数据库管理系统、SQL语言原理、ASP.NET 技术进行了较深入的研究和应用，主要完成对文档管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析，并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。系统运行结果证明，本文所设计的文档管理系统可以一般用户、超级管理员两方面的需要。
在具体的程序设计中，具体划分了两类类用户的操作权限，使得设计更能够满足各种用户的需求。设计充分利用ASP.NET、MS SQL Server2000数据库技术的强大之处，提高了编程效率和可靠性。

Abstract
Entering the new century, at an unprecedented speed Internet is penetrating every corner of the world. The cyberization of education is the top priority of national cyberization construct. How to make internet to serve education of the nation, has become the new focus of education experts, administrative departments and educational institutions.
Normal Document Manage System's expensiveness makes it not suit for smaller enterprise, so we have designed this software, we have reduce some useless function of the software and make the interface more succinct, so is more convenient for smaller enterprise and individual user. Document Manage System is a typical information manage system. The pivot of development is setup and maintenance of the background database, and interface application development.
Microsoft SQL Server2000 database manage system, SQL Principal, ASP.NET technical was studied and used in the development. This thesis has integrated demand analysis, functional module dividing，database pattern analysis , and, based on this designed data structure and application. Lab experimentation has proved this Document Manage System is suit both for normal user and supervisor.
This thesis has carried out specific programming, divided the operating limits of administrator user and normal user to meet the various demand of users. Design uses the powerful ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server database technologies to make sure programming efficiency and reliability.
