摘 要
职工信息管理系统是一个针对小范围，区域性的在线系统。该系统的主要任务就是通过使用计算机，对公司所有职工的档案进行保存、查询、分类和统计。本系统具有如下功能：员工基本信息的管理、部门管理、角色管理以及系统维护，基本上能够满足现代企业对职工管理的需要。
本系统采用了B/S模式的结构设计。系统的设计以JSP技术为基础，以Tomcat为服务平台，通过使用JavaScrip 和VBScrip脚本语言，实现了数据库系统的构建。后台数据库使用MYSQL管理整个系统的相关数据。系统开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。
系统概述和开发技术部分，通过对职工信息管理系统的分析，确定了本系统的平台是Windows XP，网络平台是Windows 2003 Server 。在系统分析部分，确定了系统要完成的功能和使用JSP 作为开发工具。需求分析部分，分析了职工信息管理系统的基本目标和功能要求，包括系统设计原则，系统目标和系统功能需求描述。职工信息管理系统的详细设计部分主要介绍了系统各功能模块的具体实现。

Abstract
The workers' information management System is a small range and regional online system .The main task of the system is to preserve data files, query, classification and statistics for all members of the company by using the computer. The system functions can be introduced as follows: the management of worker basic information, department management, role management and system maintaining. It can meet the needs of worker management in the modern enterprise.
This system adopts the structural design of B/S's model. The site system designing is based on ASP technology and make Tomcat as a service platform, realizing the database system construction by using JavaScript and VBScrip Scripting language. Database connections are established by hibernate mode. Backstage database use Mysql for the overall management of relevant data. It is a software application that mainly includes two parts. One is the establishment and maintenance of database, the other is the development of applications.
In the department of System Overview and technology development, through the analysis of Worker Information Management System, the system uses Windows XP as the platform, network uses Windows 2003 Server as the platform. In the part of the system analysis, the thesis introduces the function of the system and uses JSP as a development tool. In the part of needs analysis, the thesis analysis workers basic objectives and functional requirements of the management information systems, including system design principles, System goals and system functions. In the part of the system detailed design, the thesis mainly introduces the specific realization of each function model .
