摘 要
在数字化信息的今天，随着计算机的普及，互联网络的迅速发展，国内越来越多的医院利用计算机网络来处理日常业务，成为医院服务发展的一个新方向。医院门诊收费系统基于JSP的管理信息系统，采用浏览器/服务器架构，跨操作系统平台，应用服务器、数据库均采用免费开发工具，并且数据库采用的是MySQL 5.0。
本医院门诊收费管理系统，可以实现动态的连接应用程序服务器，只要对配置文件进行配置，就可以选择所要连接的应用程序服务器。并能实现门诊收费,划价;药品管理,患者管理;医务人员管理及各种查询,报表等功能。
门诊收费系统是针对医院收费处的各种需要建立起来的一个科学、有效的现代化管理系统。它杜绝了过去手工操作系统的各种弊端，完善了门诊收费处的处理过程，是对医院收费处的一次技术性变革。本系统实现了划价、收费“一条龙”服务，方便了工作人员和病人，使医院的收费管理、药品管理更加科学、合理，使医院进行现代化信息改革的重要组成部分。本文就收费系统地分析、设计、实施作了详细地介绍和描述，并对系统的具体功能和现实意义作了科学地分析和说明。

Abstract
Along with the computer popularization, the internet develop rapidly, in the domestic more and more hospitals process the daily service using the computer network, which becomes a new direction of the hospital service，in digital information today. The hospital Medical charge system based on the JSP management information system uses the B/S construction, which can be used on the cross operating system platform. The development kit, the application server and the database totally use open free source tools.And the database has been used based on MySQL 5.0.
This outpatient service charge management system, can realize the dynamic server which connects to applied procedure, if it carries to the configured files, it can choice the applied procedure server which must connected. And it can realize the outpatient service charge, delimits price; the drugs management, the patient manages; Medical personnel management and each kind of inquiry, report form and so on.
The outpatient service charge system is aims at a science, the effective modern management system which established according to each kind needs of the hospital toll house. The system ceases each kind of malpractice in the past manual operation system and has consummated treating processes of the outpatient service toll house, and it is a technical transformation in the hospital toll house. “A dragon” service---delimited price and the charge which this system has realized, not only makes the staff and the patient facilitate, but also causes the charge management and the drugs management of the hospital to be more scientific and more reasonable, and causes the hospital to carry on the important constituent in the modernized information reform. This article has made the introduction in detail and the description as the analysis, the design and the implementation of the charge system, and has made scientifically the analysis and the explanation to the concreted function and the practical significance of the system.
