摘 要
我国城市公交信息查询系统的发展处于一个落后的水平，广大乘客可以获得信息的方式很少，公交信息的完整性和准确性得不到保证，而且还没有专门的机构负责信息的发布和管理。为了解决这种问题，加快发展城市公交信息化，设计一个城市公交信息查询系统是具有一定实际应用意义的。
公交信息查询管理系统是计算机管理公交车路线信息的一种计算机应用技术的创新。在计算机还未普及之前，公交车信息都是通过人工查询的，现在公交车查询一般都采用计算机智能化管理，以计算机作为工具帮助人们进行更有效的公交车路线查询。在此背景下，我运用JSP语言开发了一个城市公交查询系统。本论文首先考虑了公交运营的实际情况和不同公交乘客的实际要求，分析了此系统应该具有的功能；其次对系统的主要功能模块进行了详细地描述，最后结合系统开发阶段和调试阶段发现的问题，提出了系统需要完善的地方，总结了开发此系统所取得的经验和体会。

Abstract
Urban Public Transport Information System of China is in the development of a backward level. The majority of passengers have less ways to know the transport information; the completeness and accuracy of transit information cannot be guaranteed. But also there are no specialized agencies responsible for the dissemination of information and management. To solve such problems, accelerating the development of urban public transportation information, it is quite practical significance to design a city bus information inquiry system.
Bus Information Management System is an innovation which computer manages Bus routes’ information. The computer was not yet popularized, and bus information was known through artificial inquiries. Now most of the inquiries of bus use computer intelligent management. Using the computer, as a practical tool is to help people more effectively inquiry bus routes. In this context, I developed a city bus inquiry system in JSP language. Considering the practical operation of the bus and different bus passenger’s practical requirements of this system, this paper has analyzed the function, which the system should have. Second, the main functional modules have been described in detail. Finally, gathering the problems, which was covered in the stage of system development, and debugging, the paper proposed the questions, which the system needs to perfect, and summed up the experience that gained from the development of this system.
