论文主要分析了勤工助学管理系统课题的开发背景，系统的需求分析，系统结构，功能模块划分等，重点对系统的实际开发与功能实现作了介绍，达到了数据的一致性和安全性。
本系统主要采用Delphi7.0语言进行编写，本系统数据库采用数据处理功能强大的Access2000来建立。整个系统从总体设计上符合操作简单、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求，能够使用户完成系统登陆，数据输入与修改、数据查询、数据导出与导入、报表生成等功能

Abstract
With the development at a fast speed of the computer technology, the computer and automatic treatment technology have been already incorporating each field of the society and playing a more and more important role. It is a great leap to the scientific information nowadays; it brings imperceptible influence at people's life, work and study. We use the computer to take a part-time job while studying at school and manage the students today; it has incomparable advantage of administrative institute to crafts. For example: Search rapidly, convenient to find, high dependability, great storing amount, good privacy, longer-lived, and low costs. These advantages can improve the efficiency of management greatly and take a part-time job while studying at school. In the face of the present real state, it needs to develop a new system to meet the work urgently.
The paper mainly analyzes the develop of the background, the demand analysis of system, the systematic structure, the division of the module of function etc, realized doing the introduction to actual development and function of the system especially, it has reached consistency and security of the data.
This system mainly adopts Delphi7.0 language to write, the originally systematic database adopts data processing powerful Access 2000 to set up. The whole system accords with the easy to operate requirement with friendly, flexible, practical, safe boundary plane from the overall design, it can use the system of finishing to land, data entry and revising, data inquiry, data lead functions such as appearing and channeling into, report generation, etc
