我的主要任务是完成报表设计，让该系统日常办公流程清晰，直观的展现在人们眼前。本系统是基于B/S构架的ASP语言开发的以iWebReport2000为平台的网络办公系统，Microsoft SQL Server 2000为后台支持，在iWebReport2000平台上建模、分析、设计，完成了公司网络办公系统应用的基本目的。

1.1办公系统的背景
传统的办公系统和现代化的网络办公自动化系统的最本质的区别是信息存储和传输的媒介不同，传统的办公系统利用纸张记录文字、数据和图形，利用照相机或摄象机胶片记录影象，利用录音机磁带记录声音。这些都属于模拟存储介质， 所利用的各种设备之间没有自动的配合，难于实现高效率的信息处理、检索和传输，存储介质占用的空间也很大。
1.2网络办公系统的特点
现代化的网络办公自动化系统中，利用计算机和网络技术使信息以数字化的形式在系统中存储和流动，软件系统管理各种设备自动地按照协议配合工作，使人们能够高效率地进行信息处理、传输和利用。办公自动化和信息化一样,具有全局性、系统性、综合性的特点,为此,对办公自动化系统一定要用全局、系统、综合的观点来设计和架构,特别要注意信息资源的开发利用和数据库的建设,这是搞好办公自动化的重要基础。网络办公自动化技术的发展将使办公活动向着数字化的方向发展，最终将实现无纸化办公。
